John McCain is currently bedeviled by videos that show up on YouTube. They show him saying one thing historically and contradicting it now that he's running for President. He is smearing himself.
As noted previously, the Supreme Court has just declared that anyone detained in U.S. custody has to right to go before a court and make sure that they are in custody legally.
Senator Obama, in his campaign for the Presidency, has made lobbyists obsolete. He set up a fundraising organization that involves voters - 60,000 have blogs on his site - and he can now be a President of the people. So can anyone else.
The United States has quit the United Nations Human Rights Council. There were all these rights-violaters on the council and we didn't feel comfortable.
